How to Use Your Pivot Client Portal

We have designed your portal to make managing your financial tasks simple, secure, and convenient. Here is how to get started:

Step 1: Log In

Receive Your Magic Link:
You will receive an email with your first actionable task and a “Manage Checklist” link.

Important: You must complete the portal registration using the device and browser where you first clicked the magic link.

  • If you open the link on your mobile device, complete registration on that device.
  • If you open it on your desktop, finish the registration on that desktop.
  • If you switch devices or browsers, the link will no longer work. This is a security measure to protect your information.

Create Your Login:

  • In the portal, click “Log In” on the left menu.
  • Enter your email and create a secure password.
  • Confirm your account by clicking the link in the verification email.

Step 2: View and Complete Tasks

  • Your tasks are organized in a checklist. Click each task to see instructions and any related document requests. 
  • Mark tasks as “Complete” when done to keep everything on track.

Step 3: Upload Documents

  • Upload files securely by clicking “Upload Documents” in the checklist.
  • You can drag and drop or select files manually.

Step 4: Communicate with Your Team

  • Use the comment feature in the portal to ask questions or provide updates.
  • All messages are stored in one place for easy reference.

  • Your portal centralizes tasks, messages, and document uploads.
  • Use it to stay up to date on deadlines and review past tasks and documents whenever you need.
